Wise Acquires Assets of Brandmark Inc.

Wise, a leader in business document printing based in Alpharetta, Ga., recently announced the acquisition of Brandmark Inc., Anderson, S.C., effective May 1.

The Wise division, operating under the brand and name of Brandmark, prints industrial labels for a variety of markets primarily in the Southeastern U.S. Former owner, Dennis Burt, an industry veteran for more than 40 years, will continue his employment with Brandmark in a daily business development role working with customers. The employees will continue their employment with the newly acquired Brandmark and produce the same, or similar, label products with quality and attention to customer service as before.
