Wise Acquires Assets of Shawnee Systems Inc.

Wise, Alpharetta, Ga., announced the acquisition of Cincinnati-based Shawnee Systems Inc., effective Sept. 18, 2019.

Selling through independent distributors primarily in the Midwestern U.S., Shawnee prints numerous products, including business forms and direct mail documents, and is a nice complement to Wise’s current business. Former Shawnee President Rick Rogers will continue his employment with Wise in a business development role, working with Shawnee customers.
