Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, WorkflowOne and Premier—a San Diego-based healthcare alliance—have agreed to a contract which became effective May 1. WorkflowOne will provide document management services to Premier’s 1,700 member hospitals and 45,000 other healthcare sites across the nation. Total sales volume is estimated at more than $300 million for the three-year contract.
In addition, WorkflowOne has secured a multi-year contract with Great Wolf Resorts to provide print and brand-management services, as well as outfit the company’s more than 3,500 customer-facing employees. Great Wolf Resorts owns, operates and develops resorts featuring indoor water parks. With nine resorts in eight states and one in Canada, the company plans to add several resorts in the coming years, and requires a nationwide footprint and fulfillment facilities close to its resorts to facilitate growth.
All resort employees, including lifeguards and restaurant and hotel staff, will enjoy a custom, privately branded apparel program providing functionally fashionable image wear. Through a co-sourcing relationship with OOBE of Greenville, S.C., WorkflowOne will provide the innovative and stylish garments. From shirt buttons and pants zippers to clothing tags, every piece of image wear will receive its own “Wolf Wear” touch.
WorkflowOne will also handle the logistics, as well as supply chain, brand and print management services, including business cards, forms, direct mail and marketing collateral.
Great Wolf Resorts and Premier will both utilize WorkflowOneAccess—WorkflowOne’s new Web-based system that helps organizations optimize their supply chain and manage their brand-related spending through a convenient online portal.
WorkflowOne, one of North America’s largest growing providers of print, promotional products and value chain management solutions, has roots that go back more than 140 years.
