Wright Business Graphics, Portland, Ore., recently announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Sunset Press, Kent, Wash. The acquisition creates the West Coast's largest independent commercial printing company, serving the distributor community.

Ed Hrvatin, president of Sunset Press, will be an integral part of the transition team. Wright Business Graphics has five manufacturing facilities in Portland, Ore., Chino, Calif. and Kent, Wash., with combined revenues of $55 million and 315 employees.
