As I was reading through the articles for this month's issue, it appeared that much of the stories dedicated a good bit of dialogue to overcoming various obstacles, whether in sales, customer service, on the printing press or even due to
catastrophic acts of nature. Then, of course, there are those little monsters, the obstacles we create through self-doubt that occassionally sneak inside our brains, attempting to convince us "it can't be done."
