Eagle Graphics Buys Createch Assets

Eagle Graphics, a Kaukauna printer and supplier of corporate apparel, promotional products, signs, banners and business printing services, said Friday that it has purchased the assets of screen-print, embroidery and promotional products distributor Createch Inc. in Kimberly.

Assets acquired include all screen-printing equipment, embroidery machines and customer embroidery and screen-print art files. Also included in the sale is the Panther Division, a mobile screen-printing production unit used for large-scale event merchandising and retail sales.

ASB Acquires Portland Sales Team
March 13, 2012

Minnesota-based distributor, American Solutions for Business (ASB) recently acquired a sales group from Portland, Ore. The team, lead by Kevin Welch, includes six sales associates and three staff people. This group was originally part of American Eagle Graphics, a west coast business that was founded in 1985. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
