Printegra Acquires National Imprint

Printegra, Peachtree City, Ga., recently acquired National Imprint Corporation (NIC), a manufacturer of envelopes and stationery products based in Deer Park, N.Y. NIC operates three manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania, Illinois and South Carolina with more than 150 employees and revenues greater than $20 million last year. Casey Campbell, Printegra's president and CEO, said, "The acquisition of NIC further increases the value proposition that we offer our customers. Our vision is to provide customers with a national source for short-run business documents in a friendly and reliable business manner."
