With the continuing decline of business forms, replacement form technologies are increasing exponentially as industry professionals shift to a different paradigm. Software/technology supplier Plantrol Systems, Westfield, N.Y., has responded by focusing on the development of a paperless form—not to be confused with electronic form-filling software already on the market—for use in all types of business applications. Plantrol’s new system, Omniform247, is presented in a stand-alone package that works with any database. After completing an online template, end-users can preview and send the form by e-mail. This saves on the high costs of faxing and mailing, and can be done across multiple locations
