Brad and Paula Klingman, co-owners of Proforma Powerhouse Solutions, have entered into a multi-million dollar partnership with MyPillow, a manufacturer of specialty premium pillows.

Cleveland-based Proforma has inducted 18 new members into its prestigious Million Dollar Club. This elite group of owners, who achieved more than $1 million in sales in 2013, was inducted into Proforma's esteemed Million Dollar Club during a celebratory trip to the Fairmont Mayakoba in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Proforma Media & Print Solutions has acquired Advertising Concepts, a San Antonio-based promotional products distributor. Terms of the deal were not announced.
