Unisource Worldwide Sells Florida Manufacturing Facility Unisource Worldwide, Norcross, Ga., one of the leading distributors of paper, packaging and facility supplies in North America, announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its converting and manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Fla., to Cardinal UniJax, a facility that converts envelopes and manufactures plastic straws.   "The sale of this facility is consistent with our strategy to focus on our core distribution businesses in paper, facility supplies and packaging," said Al Dragone, CEO of Unisource Worldwide.    The transaction was completed on March 3.
