Proforma Graphic Services has announced the acquisition of Columbus-based distributor, Premier Graphic Solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not announced.

Dayton, Ohio-based WorkflowOne, a leading provider of print management, distribution and marketing services, has been selected as the print supplier for Hughston Hospital and Doctors Hospital, both serving the community of Columbus, Ga.

Postmaster General Patrick R. Donahoe announced a newly redesigned Postal Service, one that is better positioned for growth, reflects further alignment within the organization to achieve core business strategies and, when fully implemented, will help realize approximately $750 million of annual cost savings.

WorkflowOne, a leading provider of print management, marketing and distribution services, announced the company has expanded its facilities at its Columbus, Ohio plant.

Marketing Services by Vectra  (Vectra) has acquired Childers Printing &
Graphics, a Westland, Mich. provider of commercial printing, direct mail, print
on demand, and bindery services.

Tony Heinl, vice president of Tipp City, Ohio-based Repacorp, found his way into the printing business with a little help from his brother.

"Repacorp's account executive in Columbus, Ohio quit about the time I graduated from Ohio State," Heinl explained. "My brother, Rick Heinl, owned Repacorp and offered me the sales position in Columbus."
