Safeguard Acquisitions Inc., an entity associated with Safeguard Business Systems and Deluxe Corp., has announced the acquisition of the substantial assets associated with Hammer’s Quality Business Systems (QBS), a 40-year-old independent distributor company in Helena, Mont.
