Headquartered in Melbourne, Fla., MGI USA, the multi-substrate (paper and plastic) digital press and finishing solution manufacturer, announced that Charleston, South Carolina-based Knight Press, a leading full service commercial print provider, has purchased a Meteor DP60 Pro four-color multi-substrate digital press. The sale and installation are handled by Paper Handling Solutions (PHS), MGI USA's dealer for Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas.

MGI Digital Graphic Technology, Melbourne, Fla., has received the 2009 Digital Imaging Marketing Association (DIMA) Innovative Digital Product award for the Meteor DP20 4-in-1 digital pressprints. The Meteor DP20 is the central component of MGI’s My PhotoBook Shop/MyBookinShop total digital photo solution.

With North American headquarters in Melbourne, Fla., MGI Digital Graphic Technology has launched several innovative new products for digital and offset applications targeted toward commercial printers, plastic/card printers and photo finishing.
