Direct FX, a Memphis-based digital printing and direct mail company, has acquired Southaven, MS-based Quality DPM, a 40-year-old offset printing company.
The businesses will continue to operate separately, but Quality DPM will change its name to Direct FX Mississippi. Direct FX operates in a 16,500-square-foot building in Downtown Memphis and has 20 employees. Quality has 20,000 square feet in Southaven with 13 employees. Financial details of the deal weren’t disclosed.
