Cenveo Corp. will permanently close its Minneapolis-based commercial printing facility located at 121 12^th Ave. S. by the end of March.

Safeguard, Dallas, has completed its acquisition of the assets of MHC Associates Inc. (d/b/a Team MHC), based in Burnsville, Minn. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
