In September 2013, Cenveo Inc. acquired certain assets of National Envelope through the bankruptcy process. As part of the consideration for the acquisition, Cenveo issued approximately 2.1 million shares to the debt holders of National Envelope.

Pacific Data Forms, a wholesale business forms manufacturer located in Signal Hill, Calif., recently acquired Glendale, Arizona-based Speedflo Business Forms Inc.
PaperWorks Industries Inc. will be closing its Phoenix-based folding carton plant in the coming months. Employees and customers affected by the closing have been notified as the company begins the process of transferring them to other folding carton plants in the US and Canada.
Midlothian, Texas-based Ennis has once again clinched the number-one spot in Print Professional's Top 100 Suppliers list. But despite years of success, the company is far from complacent. In 2011, Ennis managed to outdo itself with annual sales totaling $550 million, compared to last year's showing of $517.7 million.
