Headquartered in Spencer, Mass., FLEXcon announced that it has entered an agreement to acquire the business assets of the Graphics Division of Arlon, Inc., of Santa Ana, Calif., to form a company to be named Arlon Graphics, LLC, a new, wholly-owned subsidiary of FLEXcon.

Congressman Richard Neal (D-MA) toured the FLEXcon campus in Spencer, Mass. Neil McDonough, president and CEO of FLEXcon Company Inc., greeted Congressman Neal and led him on the tour of the company's corporate headquarters and Massachusetts production facility.
