St. Paul, Minnesota-based Deluxe Corporation announced its financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2012.

Revenue and diluted EPS exceeded the high end of the range in the prior outlook due primarily to better than expected check and forms performance in Small Business Services and Financial Services and lower discretionary spend.

St. Paul, Minnesota-based Deluxe Corporation has acquired the net operating assets of PSPrint LLC, an Oakland, California-based provider of online printing services, including custom graphic design, direct mailing list creation and direct mail fulfillment.

St. Paul, Minnesota-based Printware, the longest-standing independent manufacturer of high-quality, high-performance polyester CtP solutions, announced it is now shipping its expanded line of SilverStream® polyester plate material line for use in CtP systems from equipment suppliers including AB Dick/Presstek, Agfa, ECRM, Escher-Grad, Fuji, Heidelberg, Konica, Linotype, Mitsubishi, PrePRESS Solutions, Scitex, Screen and Xante/RipIt to mention a few.

The two companies will work together to combine 3M’s extensive array of materials-based security solutions and Verify Brand’s experience with its unique and patent-pending electronic product authentication solution. The agreement will allow 3M to sell, market and produce the Verify Brand platform of software products and services as an additional security layer to its customers
