Headquartered in York, Pa., Glatfelter—a global manufacturer of specialty papers and engineered products—has promoted Pat Mudd to the newly created position of manager, customer value proposition, for the printing and carbonless papers division located in Chillicothe, Ohio. He will be leading and coordinating all the continuous improvement activities that increase customer satisfaction, and will maintain account leadership with many of the company’s large carbonless roll customers.
