Charley Barth

Acting Public Printer Davita Vance-Cooks welcomes Charley Barth as the director of the National Archives' Office of the Federal Register (OFR). The U.S. Government Printing Office and the National Archives have worked together for more than 75 years to produce the Federal Register, a daily journal of government that provides the public with access to government information and federal regulations.
