Hal Hinderliter

Niall Power, president and CEO of the Printing Industries of Wisconsin, Pewaukee, Wis., has designated Hal Hinderliter as director of the Institute for Graphics and Imaging (IGI). IGI is a nonprofit organization offering public workshops, training programs and research for the printing and publishing industries. Hinderliter is the author of three textbooks, a speaker and a contributing editor at “Graphic Arts Monthly.” Previously, he served as director of the Graphic Communication Institute at Cal Poly State University, as well as director of the Center for Imaging Excellence at the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF) and is a National Council on Skills Standards in Graphics
