Harve Cathey

Ennis, Midlothian, Texas, recently announced that its vice president of finance and secretary, Harve Cathey, CFO, will be retiring. Cathey, who has served as the company's CFO for more than 15 years, did not set a definitive date for his departure and has agreed to stay on while a search is undertaken for a successor. In other company news, Keith S. Walters, chairman, president and CEO, recently announced that Ennis' board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15-1/2 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on Aug. 1 to shareholders of record on July 15.

In addition, Magill will assume operating responsibility for the company's three printing groups--the Forms Solutions Group, Promotional Solutions Group and Financial Solutions Group. Magill was previously the head of the Financial Solutions Group, and he will continue to report to Keith Walters, chairman, president and CEO.
