Envision Label, Lewisville, Texas, recently announced the acquisition of the operating assets of American Label and Graphics, Desoto, Texas--consisting of short-run label equipment and customer accounts. "The equipment will allow us to be very competitive in the short-run market," said Jay Fair, vice president of Envision Label.
