Rob Newlin recently joined Ennis, Midlothian, Texas, as the general manager of its Paso Robles, Calif. facility. He comes to Ennis with nearly 17 years of industry experience, 14 of which were spent with Chicago-based Moore Wallace (formerly Moore Business Forms). In his new position, Newlin will oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, and will report to the forms group division manager, Dale Donati. He is a graduate of California Poly State University with a B.S. degree in Graphic Communication and Printing Management. R.R. Donnelley, Chicago, announced that it will acquire Moore Wallace, Toronto, for $2.8 billion in stock. The merger, which was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors from both companies, will result in a full-service, powerhouse commercial printer with over $8 billion in annual revenues and approximately 50,000 employees around the globe.
