Midlothian, Texas-based Ennis, Inc. has acquired all of the stock of Printgraphics, Inc. as of Oct. 1, 2011. Printgraphics has two locations, Vandalia, Ohio and Nevada, Iowa, both of which will continue producing their current products and services. Printgraphics has been a leading wholesale manufacturer of fully integrated document solutions for more than 33 years and is now recognized as the 21st largest and 14th fastest-growing company in the industry.

Founded in 1978 by Otwin Drescher and Lou Schriber, Printgraphics, Vandalia, Ohio, is celebrating its 25th year in the forms industry. The company was acquired in 1985 as a trust investment and has continued to grow through product diversification and acquisitions. It has been ranked among the top 50 independent manufacturers for the past eight years.
