R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced it has acquired West Chester, OH based StratusGroup, Inc., a full service manufacturer of custom pressure sensitive label and paperboard packaging products for health and beauty, food, beverage and other segments.

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced it has been awarded a $550 million multi-year agreement by American Media Inc. (AMI). Under the terms of the agreement RR Donnelley will provide a broad array of products and services in North America and the U.K., including premedia, magazine production, variable digital printing, TransPromo communications as well as new digital and electronic communications services through its CustomPoint® Solutions Group.

Donnelley & Sons Company announced it has acquired Austin, TX-based LibreDigital, a leading provider of digital content distribution, e-reading software, content conversion, data analytics and business intelligence services to book, magazine and newspaper publishers as well as to e-reader device providers.

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company has acquired New York-based Sequence Personal, an innovative provider of proprietary software that enables readers to select relevant content to be digitally produced as specialized publications.

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced that it has been awarded approximately a $300 million multi-year Print Management agreement by Meredith, the leading media and marketing company serving American women.

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company has acquired Andover, Massachusetts-based Helium, a company in which it took an equity position in September 2009.
