Postmaster General John Potter announced Susan M. Plonkey as acting president, Mailing and Shipping Services. Plonkey succeeds Robert F. Bernstock, who left the Postal Service on Friday to pursue interests in the private sector.

Robert F. Bernstock has resigned as president of mailing and shipping services for the U.S. Posatal Service, effective June 4. Bernstock will pursue opportunities in the private sector.
