Cenveo, Englewood, Colo., recently announced that Chairman, President and CEO Paul Reilly will resign. At the request of the company's Board of Directors, Reilly has agreed to remain in his current positions of president and CEO until a successor is found, and will continue as one of the directors of Cenveo. Cenveo's Board of Directors has appointed Susan O. Rheney as interim Chairman of the Board of Directors.
