Ennis, headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, has acquired 100 percent of the stock of Royal Business Forms, a privately held company based in Arlington, Texas, for $3.7 million in Ennis stock. The acquisition will provide additional short-run printed products and solutions, as well as financial documents sold through distributors, to Ennis' capabilities.
