Proforma Media & Print Solutions has acquired Advertising Concepts, a San Antonio-based promotional products distributor. Terms of the deal were not announced.

Proforma Media & Print Solutions has bought Print & Copy LLC, a printing company in San Antonio.

"We are extremely excited to be growing our business," said Edward Martin, owner of Proforma Media & Print Solutions. "We are looking forward to providing this new customer base with the same great customer service they've come to expect, with added products and services. In addition to commercial print, we will provide promotional products, video, web services and much more."

Proforma provides brand and graphic communication services through the use of print and promotional products. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
