Consolidated Graphics, Inc. announced it has acquired The Jackson Group, including Jackson Press, Inc. and Total Response, Inc. (together, "The Jackson Group"), headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Houston-based Consolidated Graphics has acquired The Jackson Group, including Jackson Press, Inc. and Total Response, Inc. (together, “The Jackson Group”), headquartered in Indianapolis. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
