Cenveo Completes the Sale of Its Long-Run Labels and Receipt Paper Assets to Iconex
Cenveo Worldwide Limited announced the sale of its long-run labels and receipt paper assets to Duluth, Georgia-based Iconex LLC, a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings. The sale includes the Joplin, Missouri, and Jefferson City, Tennessee plants, as well as certain assets located in the Vernon, California plant. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
