Following the addition of its sixth digital press, a Konica C1070 in 2014, Cleveland-based Dupli-Systems was able to increase sales by 10 percent compared to 2013.
Dupli-Systems also attributes the growth to its service-based approach. By providing quick turnarounds, along with high quality and friendly customer service, the printer has built a loyal customer base of more than 1,700 companies.
"By adding more production capabilities in our digital department we were able to improve our efficiency, which naturally leads to an increase in sales," said Todd Eldridge, vice president of Dupli-Systems.
