Ennis Inc., Midlothian, Texas, announced Jeff Monarch as the new general manager of PrintXcel, located in Fairhope, Ala. PrintXcel has more than 50 years of experience in printing products and services including checks and forms, direct mail, label form products, multipart mailers, online ordering and print procurement solutions and more.
Monarch has been at PrintXcel’s Fairhope facility for 31 years. He started in 1990 as a bailer, then became a press operator, and in 2006, he was promoted to production manager. In his new role, he will utilize his experience to continue to evolve and grow the business.
“I am looking forward to my new role as general manager at the facility I learned the business in,” Monarch said. “I am also excited to get out in front of our customers to tell the PrintXcel story.”
Monarch has a wife, Angela, of 31 years, and a daughter, Shelby, who is 23. He enjoys spending the weekends on his boat with family and friends.
Ennis Inc. also announced Brian Schuster as the new general manager of its DeWitt, Iowa location. The Ennis location in DeWitt was established in 1966, and has a long history of serving customers in the production of business forms and other business products. They are unique in that they can print labels, tags, checks and forms all under one roof.
Schuster started his career as a press operator in 1984 at the Ennis facility in Princeton, Ill. He brings an extremely high level of expertise in the industry as he has served in multiple roles in the company over the past 37 years, including press operator, label division supervisor, forms division supervisor, scheduling, customer service and estimator.
“I am anxious to keep moving the DeWitt location forward in the offering of product mix capabilities,” Schuster said. “Some pieces are in place for this advancement, but have to be finalized. After being here just a couple of days, I can see how fortunate our customers are to work with this facility.”
Schuster is married and has one son and two grandsons, ages 6 and 3. He enjoys bowling and gardening in his free time.
