Hart-Scott-Rodino Waiting Period Expires for RR Donnelley Acquisition of Consolidated Graphics

RR Donnelley & Sons Company and Consolidated Graphics Inc. jointly announced the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (HSR) in connection with the previously announced merger agreement under which RR Donnelley will acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Consolidated Graphics. The waiting period expired on Friday, Dec. 13.
