P+P: What do you expect to be some of the biggest changes/challenges the industry will face?
PB: Legislative and product safety regulations and the misconception that we are an industry selling "trinkets and trash" are important dynamics affecting our industry. As the industry's largest international not-for-profit association, PPAI has developed programs and tools, like Promotional Products Work! Week and the PPAI Product Safety Summit, to help the industry "unite with one mission, purpose and voice" in communicating the value of promotional products, as well as the benefits of working with promotional products experts.
