Showdown Displays, a North American supplier of portable lightweight event displays, announced it has acquired Xarisma, a provider of custom soft signage based in Huntsville, Ala.

This acquisition signifies a joining of like-minded and culturally compatible companies that have been offering comparable products lines to slightly different reseller channels. Once integrated into the Showdown Displays brand, the combined entities will offer a more comprehensive suite of both stock and custom portable lightweight display solutions. The combined entity will operate as Showdown Displays and will remain committed to providing a comprehensive offering of innovative display solutions only through authorized reseller partners as the industry’s only true “trade-only” supplier partner.
