Amy Reilly is responsible for providing the design and implementation of all human resources strategies including: workforce planning, organization and leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee communications, employee relations, staffing, mergers and acquisitions, labor relations, environmental, health and safety, facilities and security. She works closely with the CEO, board of directors and the Governance & Compensation Committees on executive compensation and development processes for the organization. Reilly began her career with Standard Register in 1994 and has held a variety of human resources leadership positions within the company. Prior to her experience at Standard Register, Reilly was an account executive for Entre' The Human Resource, a human resources consulting firm. Reilly currently serves on the board of directors of the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Reilly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
