PP: What do you think will be the printing industry's biggest challenge in the next few years?
SFS: Technology. We are constantly implementing new technology into our plant and processes to improve results. We continually need to take responsibility to educate our customers on the features and benefits of these changing technologies; to help them understand the importance, use it and embrace it. Technology also will present a challenge from the budget aspect. The amount of funds dedicated to the need for technological change will affect the bottom line hard at first with the goal of investing for our clients resulting in continued Flottman Company growth.
