I am pleased to report that in 2007, all of the hard work and patience of the printed products professionals counted for something. Things really are looking up where it counts—in revenue. While there are still acquisitions, shifts and changes occurring at every level, from company branding and product mix, to technology and personnel, the manufacturing side of the printed products industry saw growth this year. Revenue for the industry topped $2.97 billion, and as you will read in the Top 100 Manufacturers Analysis, it is not a huge gain, but a gain nonetheless.
