Workflow Management to Sell Relizon Canada to the DATA Group

Headquartered in Greenwich, Conn., Workflow Management signed a share purchase agreement to sell 100 percent of the outstanding stock of Relizon Canada to The DATA Group Income Fund—a provider of document management solutions with 25 facilities throughout Canada. Completion of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including the approval of Canada’s Competition Bureau. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of this year. Fiserv Acquires The Jerome Group

Brookfield, Wisconsin-based Fiserv has acquired The Jerome Group, a leading provider of business-critical communications to industries such as financial services, health-care, telecommunications and retail. Headquartered in St. Louis, The Jerome Group will become part of the Personix division of Fiserv Output Solutions. The Jerome Group is one of the nation’s leading digital print providers and a full-service direct marketing firm. Its 2005 revenue was $44 million. Revised CMS-1500 Form Creates Selling Opportunities

On July 18, commercial print and promotional product distributor Global DocuGraphix, and its subsidiary Global DocuGraphix USA, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in U.S Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Texas (Dallas) Division. In its filing, the company reported its estimated debts to be between $10 million and $50 million. Richard Roberson, a partner with Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, who is representing Global DocuGraphix in its bankruptcy proceedings, said the move was forced because the company’s credit facility and working capital had run out as of July 10, 2006.
