Relyco, Dover, N.H., has announced that its REVLAR waterproof synthetic paper is now available in a range of vibrant colors. The addition of Fiery Red, Majestic Blue, Brilliant Yellow, Blazing Orange, Spring Green, and Desert Sand paper complements the white and pastel colors currently available and makes it possible for print shops, in-plants, and users in industries like retail, manufacturing and health care to print signs, tags and other durable applications without a full-color bleed background.

Canon Solutions America, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., announced that the first units of the Océ VarioPrint i300, the first high-speed, sheetfed inkjet press in Canon's portfolio, have been shipped to four customer sites in the United States.

RR Donnelley & Sons Company, Chicago, has been awarded a multi-year agreement by Sterling Publishing Co. Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, RR Donnelley will provide warehousing, distribution and book fulfillment services.

Chicago-based RR Donnelley & Sons Company is shutting down its Nashville plant, according to a report from The Tennessean. The closure is expected to be complete by early May.
