Ennis Closes Multi-Million-Dollar Alstyle Transaction

Ennis, Midlothian, Texas, recently completed the merger with Alstyle Apparel, a privately held manufacturer of T-shirts and fleece goods based in Anaheim, Calif., —a $242 million deal. The printed products industry got another shake-up this year with the acquisition of Crabar/GBF by Ennis, jumping total sales for Ennis to more than $328 million.
