Midlothian, Texas-based Ennis, Inc. has closed, as of Feb. 10, 2012, on its acquisition of the assets and business of PrintXcel and Printegra from the Custom Resale Group of Cenveo.

Sales from both businesses are approximately $80 million annually.

Printgraphics has two locations, Vandalia, Ohio and Nevada, Iowa, both of which will continue producing their current products and services. Printgraphics has been a leading wholesale manufacturer of fully integrated document solutions for more than 33 years and is now recognized as the 21st largest and 14th fastest-growing company in the industry.
