Who Do I Call With QuickBooks Problems?

In addition to being a quality reseller of QuickBooks products, they also have a help desk.

Click the “Help” tab.
Select “Support and Training.”
Here there are numbers to contact QuickBooks.

Let me know if you have any issues here. So far, they have been excellent. The QuickBooks Support Group knows QuickBooks. But like all other help desks, they do not know how it applies to some of the complexities of our business. But, they will not (or at least should not) try to sell you updated software or ongoing support you don’t need. Always be leery if a QuickBooks support person tries to sell you something or charge additional fees.
