PP: How does DemandBridge support DSI’s business strategy?
Rich: DSI’s business strategy is based on listening to, understanding and acting on the specific needs of our customers. ... PP: What are some of the growing areas for both you and your customers? Are there any other system upgrades in progress?
Rich: The fastest growing online areas for DSI are direct mail, including variable print, and promotional products. The future of DSI online capabilities will be in the area of creating for intuitive sites. Today, we rely on the user to populate variable fields. Tomorrow, we will rely on dynamic databases containing information trends and data modeling within vertical industries to populate those same fields based on answers to specific questions by the user.
PP: Is there anything you would like to add?
Rich: Today’s customers, as well as our customers’ many users, are very technologically savvy. It is the responsibility of the distributor to recognize this higher level of buyer, and respond by offering leading-edge technologies that not only meet their needs, but also surpass their expectations.
