For the second straight year, Proforma, Cleveland, has named Discount Labels, a PrintXcel brand, Engelwood, Colo., as its Vendor of the Year in the Business Documents Category. Discount Labels was cited for its superior performance in the categories of service and quality with consistent and competitive pricing. The award was determined by vote among Proforma's 600 franchisees.
