Print Buyers International (PBI), Chestnut Hill, Mass., launched Print Buyer Forum in December to help print buyers get answers to their business questions.
“This forum was created to offer buyers a resource they can’t get anywhere else on the Internet,” said Margie Dana, founder of PBI as well as Boston Print Buyers. “It’s an easy way for customers to post questions or describe current problems they’re experiencing, and get help quickly. E-mail addresses are not made public, so people can submit posts without reservations.”
Posted topics already include weatherproof posters, large-format printer resources, job descriptions and multiple-language print projects.
Open to everyone, the Print Buyer Forum can also help service providers educate buyers.
