e-LYNXX Names New Client Support Manager
Tony Diehl of Chambersburg has been named manager of client support services for the American Print Management division of e-LYNXX Corporation. American Print Management, which provides a web-based system, professional services and patented AVS TechnologyTM to reduce substantially the procured costs of direct mail, marketing, publications, packaging, labels and other procured print.
"Tony's strong leadership skills and extensive print industry expertise will be a tremendous asset to our company and our valued clients," said Michael Jackson, chief operating officer of e-LYNXX and president of the American Print Management division. "In this role, Tony will be responsible for key support services including training, contact center support and supplier sourcing and qualification; all of which help our clients realize the full operational and fiscal benefit of our offering."
Previously, as operations manager for e-LYNXX, Diehl managed the operations staff that supported both American Print Management and Government Print Management. He also has overseen security and maintenance of corporate headquarters in Chambersburg as well as the company$B!G(Bs offices in Washington, D.C.
Diehl joined e-LYNXX in 1993 in the accounting department. He was named operations manager in 2008. Prior to joining e-LYNXX, he held positions with Regency Thermographers (now Navitor).
