Ennis Declares Quarterly Dividend, Sets Shareholder Meeting

Keith S. Walters, chairman, president and CEO of Ennis, Midlothian, Texas, recently announced that the company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15-1/2 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable May 1 to shareholders of record on April 14.
